The cricket section is 'Clubmark' registered with the England and Wales Cricket Board and are a Focus Club for the Cheshire area. As part of our Clubmark status, the Club pays strict adherence to ECB policy on:-
- Child Welfare
- Equity in Membership / coaching and,
- All coaches have ECB qualifications that include child protection.
The Cricket Sections policies are included in the "Club Constitution and Development Plan".
Coaching for Junior teams takes place throughout the week. (See the 'Junior Teams' section for more details). Senior net sessions during the season take place on Wednesday and Thursday nights, begining at 6.30pm. All players are expected to attend at least one training session per week.
In addition to the clubhouse facilities, two "all - weather" nets are provided as well as an artificial strip out there in the middle. The use of three squash courts is also available through an additional charge to cover squash club membership.
